Gro2 Ltd helps people plant and grow their own business. In starting a new business, the Gro2 Associate Programme [GAP] which is a structured process of applying mentoring, consulting and information processes to reduce many of the risks associated with starting and growing a business.
In growing a business, Gro2 Ltd has a number of Associates who assist each other with business services at a reduced fee, while also supplying services to their own clients, outside the Gro2 Ltd group of Associates. Currently, Gro2 Ltd offers strategy, digital marketing and bookkeeping services.
Gro2 Ltd is growing a community called Ugro2, a FREE to join group that organises events, shares entrepreneurial information, encourages networking and also volunteers assistance to disadvantaged people needing assistance in business.
Planting a business
At Gro2, finding the GAP means to Plant or Start a new business by joining our Gro2 Associate Programme [GAP] – which is tailored to help willing and able people anywhere, who are connected to the Internet. The programme is structured, agreed in writing and aimed at adults who need assistance with starting or growing a successful business.
By finding the GAP, you will get:
- A management contract, including operating guidelines to assist you to launch and/or grow your own business.
- Professional direction, branding, business systems and associate services throughout the contract period.
- A loyal, capable and supportive team to advise and assist you.
- A chance to invest your own assets to provide both income and capital gain.

To find the GAP, you will need:
- A commitment to work hard in a team and build a profitable business.
- A positive attitude, quiet determination and some people skills.
- A clear idea and enthusiasm for the business you want to start or have already started.
- Internet connectivity and able to work online with emails, digital media and office documents.
- To be willing and able to learn, following practical guidelines and considering advice.
- To accept that Gro2 Ltd services are not free, but contracted and partly paid for at the outset and the balance on an ‘earn-out’ basis. Exceptional candidates, coupled with a good business opportunity, may be offered a 100% ‘earn out’ agreement where risk is shared between the parties.

Ugro2 is an opportunity for all in the community to learn and grow as people, by giving to and helping others less fortunate. Members services will best be in their ‘sweat equity’ to enable disadvantaged people to start and grow their own business. Funds will be raised from grants, sponsorships and donations which coupled with Ugro2 members coaching and mentoring will faciliate the process. Members will benefit too from events, networking and shared entrepreneurial information.
